After a long period of building Drachtens new city and shopping centre is almost complete. The project is developed by Redema and de Clerq- and finished and build by Koopmans Enschede.The project has 170 residential units of all kinds, 20000 sqft of shopping space built on top of a huge 800 places parking garage.The completion is in phases; the last 11/3d will be complete june 2015.Special feature of the project is the incorporation of two existing appartment blocks within the new overall structure.
