Spoorwegpensioenfonds and Stichting Pensioenfonds Openbaar Vervoer buy 330 new high quality apartments in Utrecht from Amrâth Hotels.
On behalf of Stichting Spoorwegpensioenfonds and Stichting Pensioenfonds Openbaar Vervoer, Amrâth Hotels & Restaurants and SPF Beheer have signed an agreement for the sale of 330 free sector rental apartments in the project “Galaxy Tower ‘located on the Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht. Tangram Architects designed the building that’s 90 meters high and in total, including parking, comprises approximately 55,000 sqm. Amrâth achieves an iconic building with a luxurious four-star hotel of 250 rooms and spa facilities and over 21 floors of apartments.
On behalf Amrāth is VKZ BV is involved as managing developer. Value Capital acted as transaction advisor for Amrāth and Boekel acted as legal advisor. Spoorwegpensioenfonds was advised in the purchase by SENS Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield and Loyens & Loeff.
