“In Enschede, the ground floor has been poured for Tetem 3. The building, situated on the site of an old weaving mill of the Twentsche Textile Industry and intended as the final icon for the Roombeek district, will be named ‘De Weverij’. This ground-level floor marks an important milestone in the project and the completion of the complex basement levels, which required careful consideration of the existing industrial heritage in close proximity. Now, onwards with the superstructure!”
