Rhapsody in West has been selected as one of the value cases featured on the website of the BNA (Association of Dutch Architects). The purpose of this “value case” database is to showcase projects that not only excel in functionality and aesthetics but also have their economic value objectively measured and verified for users and owners on behalf of the BNA (by entities such as the Rebel Group). Additionally, they evaluated the increase in value of surrounding real estate following the completion of the new project, and to what extent it is related.
Furthermore, Rhapsody was also assessed for its soft value of social impact by the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment), in collaboration with TU Delft and Wageningen University. This evaluation is documented in the report titled ‘Living Lab’, available in publications on the website of BNA, the Association of Dutch Architects.
