With our project Rhapsody in West we are in the inflight magazine Discover Benelux., in de special Benelux Architecture, under the heading Creating Quality of Life. And that’s the way it is, because Rhapsody is a quirky building in the Amsterdam Kolenkitbuurt (Bos en Lommer) that is already attracting a lot of attention. Because it looks so different, it’s an ‘energy factory’ and a city oasis (the traffic noise of the A10 is cleverly deflected). But especially because it offers the future residents lots of light, space and green space and gives the neighborhood a new anchorage.
